Deposit Schedule
- 25 % Non-Refunable deposit at time of booking
- 25 % Non-Refunable deposit 30 days after booking
- 25 % Non-Refunable deposit 180 days after booking
- 25 % Non-Refunable deposit 60 days prior to event

If due date is missed we offer a 3 days grace period on all deposits.
4-10 Days past due a 1.5% finance fee will be charged
11-15 Days past due a 2.5% finance fee will be charged
15-20 Days past due a 3.5% finance fee will be charged
21-30 days past due a 6.0% finance fee will be charged
Insurance
Individual event insurance is required for all events! We reccomend our preferred Partner Eventsured.
