The manor house was built in the mid 1800s and is currently around 4,200 sqft. Renovations started early 2020 and are ongoing. Once full renovations are completed the house will be around 5,000 sqft of usable space.

The main floor will consist of event space, bar area, kitchen and public restrooms. On the second floor, there will be 2 separate living quarters that will serve as bride and groom suites. The living quarters can also be used as AirBNB rentals for tourists and out of town guests.
